The method of using the pipe filter is as follows:
1. Automatic control of pipeline filter:
Turn the manual/auto selector switch to the automatic position, and then first set the filter time and drain time timers. The lower digital tube of the timer displays the set value, and the upper digital tube displays the timing value.
2. Manually control the pipeline filter:
Turn the manual/auto selector switch to the manual position, turn on the motor and hydraulic control valve, open the hydraulic control valve, and start draining. Turn the selector switch to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.
The manual control state is a way to check whether the motor and hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the manual control state cannot be discharged normally, the automatic control state will not work normally.
When the selector switch enters the automatic state for filtering, and the filter time timer starts counting, the tube filter is mainly used. At the same time, the pressure difference switch compares the actual pressure difference with the set pressure difference. If the set filter time is up, when the pressure difference is not reached, the machine will open the drain valve to clean and drain, the filter time will stop counting, and the drain time will start.
