What is the difference between the return oil filter and the suction filter?

The function of the oil return filter is to capture the volume generated or invaded in the system before returning to the oil tank. The oil suction filter can only be installed on the upper part of the oil tank, and the oil suction cylinder is submerged below the liquid surface in the oil tank.
The difference between the return oil filter and the suction filter is as follows:
1. The function of the oil suction filter is to effectively control the pollution of the hydraulic system and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system by avoiding the inhalation of general impurities; even in an accident, it is necessary to prevent impurities from penetrating particles into the oil pump. Failures caused by internal components will ultimately protect the oil pump and other fluid components.
2. The positions of the return oil filter and the suction filter are different. The oil suction filter is placed on the upper part of the oil tank, installed at the oil suction port of the oil pump, and cannot be installed in other places.
3. The flow principle of replacing the two filters is different. Select the flow selection of the suction filter according to the maximum flow. The selection of the return oil filter is based on the allowable flow rate of the return oil multiplied by 2 to 4 times.
4. The filtration accuracy of the suction filter and the return oil filter are different. Of course, the filtration accuracy index of the two parts of the oil suction filter is that the accuracy of the return oil filter is higher than the accuracy of the oil suction filter.
