The oil return filter refers to a filter device used to filter hydraulic oil, usually composed of a housing and a filter element. Installation methods are different, including suction oil filter, pipeline oil filter, return oil filter, etc.
Advantages of oil return filter:
The oil return filter is installed at the suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, avoid sucking contaminated impurities, and effectively control the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
The return oil filter is used to filter the return oil of the hydraulic system. It filters the metal particles produced by the wear of various parts in the hydraulic system and the contaminants produced by the heart seal, so that the oil flowing back to the oil tank is kept clean.
Installation of oil return filter:
1. Install on the oil circuit:
The purpose of installing the oil return filter is to filter out contaminants that may invade the valve and other components. The filtration accuracy is 10-15μm, which can withstand the working pressure and impact pressure of the oil circuit, and the pressure drop should be less than 0.35MPa. At the same time, a safety valve should be installed to prevent clogging of the oil filter.
2. Installed on the return line of the system:
This installation acts as an indirect filter. Usually, the back pressure valve is installed in parallel with the filter. When the filter is blocked and reaches a certain pressure value, the back pressure valve opens.
